Joshua Davis, BSN, RN, also widely recognized as Tox Josh, is the visionary founder and creative force behind Tox Josh Studios, TJ Academy, TJ Skin and more. With a strong academic background, holding a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Belmont University and a Bachelor of Musical Arts from Vanderbilt University, Joshua has seamlessly blended his medical expertise with his artistic sensibilities. His career began in Trauma ICU & Multi-Specialty Critical Care, providing him with a profound understanding of patient care, which he transitioned into the aesthetics industry in 2012.
Josh’s work in aesthetics is characterized by his meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to naturalism, which has garnered widespread recognition, including being voted as one of the Top 100 Injectors in the United States consistently from 2018 through 2022. He serves on the Merz Aesthetics Advisory Board, is an independent consultant for Prollenium, and a Key Opinion Leader for Cartessa.
